The goal is to be in the "NOW".  Most of the time we are either remembering past hurt and problems or  imaging new ones in our future.  Our actual experience in the present moment is just ignored as if it had no significance at all.  What that does is to deprive us of joy.  We miss the clouds, the sky, the bird song while reliving something gloomy. 

Make a resolution to stop and smell the flowers.  Your observer can help you with this if you check in with it.  Ask yourself periodically what time period you are living in and if it isn't the present, change it.  If it is difficulty to change use the CYM process or one of the other energy therapy modalities and get into your life.
